RE: crockpot cooking while traveling

Using them while underway. Unless they've invented 12V crock pot's how do you power them? Generator, inverter? http://www.livingincomfort.com/images/medium/ro12slcopocr_pic.jpg You name it, someone's thought of it!

RE: ol'blue's "Creamy Cheesy Mexican Chicken Casserole"

Thanks! Can't wait to try it! For every dutch oven recipe I try, I have to then make a "coca cola chicken" for the gang...it's the only way they'll continue to try my dutch oven creations!

RE: ol'blue's "Creamy Cheesy Mexican Chicken Casserole"

Bearnkat, Can you tell us how you did this recipe in the dutch oven? Did you cook everything in it, then add theh past, and continue? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but I'm just getting started in this dutch oven cooking and appreciate all the guidance I can get! Hollie

RE: Campgrounds between Columbus, Oh & Erie, Pa

Near Columbus, Cross Creek Camping Resort in Delaware is open along with Alum Creek State Park. If you're looking for something mid-way, Mohican State Park is fully available and I see that West Branch is open, just not reservable until April. Closer to Erie, but still in Ohio, Pymatuning, Punderson, and Geneva State parks would be available. Check out The Ohio State parks Website here

Nolin lake state park, KY

I've searched and found that many of you have been here and liked it. I can't tell, though, if the sites that are "on the lake" actually give you access to the water. Can the dogs/kids swim from the site? Thanks to anyone who can answer!
